Baby Bank Donation Days
We are setting up a Baby Bank at Fitzrovia Community Centre! These are similar to a Food Bank, where local families who need extra help can receive donated new and pre-loved baby and toddler items.
Come along to Fitzrovia Community Centre at Foley Street on our designated Donation Days to donate your items. This is a great way to support our neighbours and reduce waste for the environment. If you or someone you know would benefit from donations, or if you would like to donate outside the donation days, please get in touch.
We will announce the next Donation Day here soon.
We would love to receive the following items. Please make sure your donations are clean and in good condition, with no stains or tears etc.
Items we CAN accept:
Baby and toddler clothes (all sizes up to age 5, but especially 12m+)
Toddler shoes
Nappies (all sizes)
Swimming nappies (all sizes)
New, unopened packs of baby wipes and toddler wipes
New, unopened baby and toddler toiletries (body wash, cream, shampoo, bubble bath, toothpaste, etc.)
Toothbrushes (unopened in its packaging)
Sterilised, used baby bottles (no teats)
New baby bottle teats (all sizes)
Weaning equipment (plates, bowls, cups)
Toys (in good working order)
Books (in good condition)
Cot bed sheets
Sleeping bags
Raincoats
New pencils, crayons and paints
New, unused bibs
Items we CANNOT accept:
Cuddly/plush toys
Large, bulky items such as:
Prams/buggies
Car seats
Moses baskets
Cots
Travel cots
Mattresses
Changing mats
Stained or torn clothing
Used or partially used toiletries
Reusable nappies
Food
Baby formula
Used baby bottle teats
Breast pumps
Maternity clothes
Towels
Blankets
Medicine
